Principal studies in process

After the successes obtained in application of lactic yeast Kluyveromyces BO399, the research of new aplications, in collaboration with various University is in continuous expansion.

• Evaluation of the effectiveness in the gynecological field (Candida albicans)
• Development of new dietary products (ie.: yogurt) as marketable probiotic
• Evaluation of the activity of peptidase enzymes in reference to glutin intollerance (coeliac)
• Administration to patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy
• Identification of enzymatic and chromosomic profile for the study of new applications
• Definition of the effectiveness in the immunological field, the action on the immunoglobins IgAs and Ige (i.e. dietary, respiratory and dermatological pathologies)‏
• Evaluation of the effectiveness on intestinal pathologies, in particular diverticolitis, Crohn’s disease, the IBDs (chronicinflammatory diseases of the intestine)‏
• Evaluation of effectiveness in cases of lactose intolerance.
